At GHHPS, we believe that every child has the potential to lead. Developing leadership qualities is
a continuous journey that we nurture through consistent encouragement, real-life role models,
and responsibility-based learning.
Leadership at our school is not just about leading others—it's about
self-discipline, accountability, and values-based decision-making. We emphasize self-management
by instilling strong traditional values and a deep sense of social responsibility. Through
daily practices and structured opportunities, students learn to lead themselves first—and others, next.
To further strengthen leadership among students, GHHPS has a well-structured Student Council system in place. Each year, during the Investiture Ceremony, newly elected Council members are formally inducted. This prestigious event symbolizes the passing of responsibilities and marks the beginning of their leadership journey.
Through their roles, students gain hands-on experience in organizing, managing, and leading school activities—helping them become confident and responsible citizens of tomorrow.
To promote holistic development, our school follows a vibrant House System that forms the foundation of student engagement, competitions, and team-building activities.
